Crissy Knox is the owner and President of Jelsie Events, LLC. established in 2015. Crissy is certified in event planning through The Special Events Institute and ILEA as a (CSEP) Certified Special Events Professional. She and her team specialize in planning events throughout California and the surrounding states. She enjoys collaborating with her reliable vendors to generate enchanting events for her clientele.

With a passion for travel, she has made it a goal to visit all 50 states with her three daughters, with a particular fondness for beach side states. She can also often be found spending her free time surrounded by family and friends.

Meet the Team

At the core of Jelsie Events' values lies love, so Crissy’s in-house team includes her three daughters. She is grateful for the support of her family and friends and is thankful they can be together while working on projects, as it strengthens their bond as they strive to make each event a joyous and memorable experience for their clients.

  • Kelsie works with Jelsie Events as an Event Coordinator, providing valuable support to the team. She assists in client communications and data input. On event days, she is an Event Lead. She is a valuable asset to the team and always has a smile to share!

    Kelsie has 2 AA’s in Psychology and Social Behavioral Science. She continued her education in herbology and has a practice as an herbalist to help her family, friends, and community by creating plant-based tinctures. She also has a passion to help others in the way of healing treatments.

  • Hannah is the Social Media Manager for Jelsie Events, and she takes immense pleasure in being able to contribute to the promotion of the company. She loves being able to bring attention to Jelsie Events and the events that are created. In addition to her Social Media role, she assists in event coordination. On event days, she is an Event Assistant, providing support to the team and our clients.

    Hannah has a bachelors degree in Creative Media and a minor in French from the University of Hawaii and is continuing her education to get her teaching credentials.

  • Amanda is an Office Assistant for Jelsie Events and on event days she is an Event Assistant. She enjoys helping to create magical experiences for our clients. She is a great support to the Jelsie Events team and our clients. She has a special focus to help keep events green and eco-friendly.

    Amanda is currently a student at the University of Santa Cruz studying to get her bachelors degree in Global & Community Health with a minor in Spanish.
